Mr. Shivan Bhaggan, Managing Director of IBWIL and member of The Salvation Army’s Advisory Board was present during the launch of The Salvation Army’s Christmas Kettle Appeal 2018. Mr. Bhaggan introduced patrons to the guest speaker Mr. Sieunarine Persad Coosal, Chairman of the Coosal’s Group of Companies who delivered the feature address.
